Use Hidden To flank your enemies then spam poison bolts a much as you can but make sure that they hit the enemy, if you're low on health throw a smoke and you'll heal for 500 every 2 seconds in the smoke, the smoke lasts 5 seconds so your best bet is to spend 4 seconds in it to heal for 1000HP exept that you'll probably heal more if you stay out of combat and skye has 2500HP which means that you'll heal faster out of combat because you only need to stay out of combat for 5secs to get 1500HP to be full, so throw throw the smoke bomb, then stay 4 secs there then stay out of combat for about 3 more secs and you'll be full health, also if you drop below 30% health you'll be invisible, making it harder for meave to one shot you.
and as a piece of advice from a pro skye player, you should buy deft hands, depending on the enemy team's champions of course, if you need cauterize or wrecker then take that but eventually you should take Deft hands.
