Guide
The secret behind the cards:
Proximity - This is one of the strongest Ruckus cards you can take. Each stack gives you 15% bonus resistance x3 (TOTAL 45% RESISTANCE FOR 3 SECONDS). It is more than twice the amount of Blast Shield, Haven on Tier 3. Remember that your Q's cooldown is only 5 seconds, which gives you three stacks for almost every fight.
Metal March - This is the fun part of this build and the secret to your immortality because what could be better than taking your best card on a Ruckus twice. Remember, however, that the rockets take longer to charge than Advance, and you must use them at the right time. That's why my favorite item on this build is Chronos.
Crystal Capacitor - I don't think I need to explain that. You want to have as many rockets as possible for extra resistance (45%) and additional damage. Ruckus fires two missiles at the enemy. Each of them deals 225 dmg. Which, after calculating (225x2) x3, gives you 1350 AREA damage in a short time.
Extended Magazines - Extreme level 1 card that gives you OVER 45 extra ammo. I say over 45 because our Advance has a low cooldown. In combination with Chronos, you will be able to spam it all the time, renewing your ammunition and increasing your resistance.
Dampener - As always, extra HP is optional but worth considering. You may think the healing card will give you more, but it is not because of Cauterize III.
IMPORTANT
Remember to use Advance and Missile Launcher before using your ultimate.
Don't forget about Cauterize. It is the essential item, so you first buy it for at least level 2, then you buy Chronos.
