Manifest Destiny forces flanks to hard commit to killing you and the extra dash is INSANE when used to grace off of stairs or high ground which is good in maps like BrightMarsh/Timber Mill/Splitstone Quarry and a few others. More ammo leaves room for error and shoot like as if you are a pro already. This build is also good against barik and allows you to deal with Lian's main problem which is shredding tanks although not all of them. This build isn't recommended to be run against double shield tank comps.
