Guide
this build make Talus a legend with very high life stealing. Basically he will be a harder legend to kill because of the very fast running speed and because the healing he gets while hitting bullets in the oponent. He will have problems against cauterize, but you'll have to attack the enemy before he spots you. You must buy cauterize, agility and life stealing to do a better use of this build.
