Guide

Lilith is one of the strongest healers they have in the game, but she's tricky to play.

Blood canon V for more blood, more blood means being able to use your ablities more
Symiotic Relationship IV, for stronger healing. I prefer this over the one that also increases healing but changes the duration. Its safer to use with randoms online since it lasts longer so they can stay inside it.
Waning Moon III, makes swarm only use 1%  more blood. so no need to have it higher unless you wanna take points out of the other cards.

the rest of the cards are fillers but my favorites are

Unholy Flight I, a tiny bit of DR. I find that Lilith doesn't need too much DR as she is tanky enough and you will already want to buy haven anyways.
Wings of Terror II, since it helps increases your ability to be able to heal your alies who are just slightly out of reach. jump in and then jump back out to safety. On more vertical maps I swap the lateral with a vertical card, that gurantees you reach on most elevation.

items:

Veteran + Haven are your goto primary items.  They will let you have more blood in the tank, because remember that you cannot heal if you're low and other healers or Khan can't heal your blood health.

But of course if you have an enemy team with high CC and Stuns, just rush Resilence.

Morale Boost is a good secondary item if the enemy doesn't hit particularly hard, I will take this instead of Haven if they have low damage output.

Nimble or a Self Healing items are a good choice for third and filler items.  Since you want to mostly play around corners and avoid damage, stuff like nimble, liferip and kill to heal can assist with doing that.

Bad items are.

Deft hands, i know its tempting. but your damage will primarily come from your swarm and hex. which gives you an ammo on return plus your primary is unrealiable due to how slow and small the projectile is.

Chronus is a waste, because you really shouldn't be spreading out your Hex/Mark is the amount of blood you get Ramps up over time so switching targets hurts your blood regen. and swarm only has a 2 second cooldown.
