Guide
I've had a lot of success with this loadout, it allows me to be both point and off-tank which allows for some very aggressive plays. Though if done recklessly, you can get mowed down fairly quickly by multiple enemies. Remember, while you're in travel mode, you're innate damage resistance is nullified. Read the situation, you'll know when it's safe to go out and hunt (mainly when there's another tank, if that's not the case, I would recommend staying back and at least capping the point before hunting, this ensures that the enemy team doesn't win two points in one round).
Mandatory Items:
- Cauterize; Yag is perfect for Caut since, with her main attack Caustic Spray, she deals damage every 0.1s
- Kill To Heal or/and Rejuvenate; I generally go for Kill To Heal first because I'm a very aggressive player but, depending on what healer you have, Rejuvenate could be the better option. Even so, I would recommend buying both because the harder you are to kill, the better. If you have a solo heal Jenos or a really bad healer, I wouldn't recommend going for Rejuvenate and maxing out another item first
Optional Items:
- Haven; you'd think that this would be a mandatory item but with all the healing that you're doing with Kill To Heal, and possibly Rejuvenate as well, sometimes you're just a bit too hard to kill. Once again, read the situation, if you constantly die, which will happen from time to time, then it's a good buy.
- Morale Boost; more ultimate, better plays. Also, I don't always use her Ult to ensure a kill, because even if you do, you can get bursted down. I sometimes use her Ult to avoid taking HEAVY damage to my main health pool, it's very risky because of the animation of your ult canceling but it has saved my wormy behind many times.
- Life Rip; It's optional because her life rip isn't the best but hey, the more heals the better, right?
