This loadout is perfect for an agressive flank play style with Evie. I am using this build for the two talents over the moon and snow globe, it works for both the same way. The cooldown reset cards allow you to have a direct reset on the soar after getting a kill or an elemination. This keeps your mobility up. The speed card feels super good in game and helps to be even harder to hit. The ammo after the ice block grants you an additional 2 shots after going out of ice block. Still keep in mind: Evie is hard to play and this loadout wont guarantee you being better on Evie. Have fun!
