Guide

In sacrifice for speed and some healing... You can have higher survivability and an easier time taking out your targets. I suggest "nimble" to compensate, Haven because damage reduction is OP, kill to heal( if you are an aggressive flanker/trying to get a lot of kills), or rejuvenate( for passive flanks that want to chill, heal and protect their healer and only attack when they know they have a health advantage and good opportunity.) and the most important of course, Cauterize... the single most important item in the game.
