Fun to play build for Victor. With the Cardio talent you'll be able to annoy every opponent, by running away with 300 hp. It's not most practical, but definitely fun build, and it works great in gold and lower ranks. Buy Cauterize and Deft hands. For the other 2 items I usually go with Heaven and Nimble.
