this is like any other dash and shoot loadout except this is much more better, i found that TRIGGER HAPPY works with TENACIOUS, and this lead to great resaults!
instead of just healing for 240 with each dash, now you can do it while shooting, so the dash will cancel the shooting but it will still count as shooting, for that you will heal for 320 instead of 240, and it will even increase other healings like liferip or kill to heal.
SURPRISE! is of course needed to avoid reloading and gaining more benefits of Adrenaline Junkie, this will even make TRIGGERED HAPPY more effective since we will always have some ammo to use it, but try to not use all your dashes at one go, its ok if you reload sometimes.
finally the last 2 are just fillers, because we already have what we need, and life rip 3 is recommended with this, so what you want to do is spam with life rip, and keep dashing to get ammo and health while avoiding some lethal damage, and restore as much energy as possible by shooting your SMGs, pretty simple.
