Guide
I am a level 70 Talus so I would take this loadout seriously along with these tips.
Use your ult A to Land killing blows you KNOW you can get or B use to dimount.
Place your rune in a place that is not obvious like the corner of a turn not in the middle of a hallway.
If you see someone camping your rune shoot them then when they see you teleport to your rune and they will be low and your over-charge will be ready.
And please just do NOT fight until overcharge is off cool down you have a weapon that is good with out it your not locked into overcharge. But you do need it for big damage characters like Tyra or Victor but you have a weapon without it.
