With this build you should buy both Kill to Heal and Life Rip. With max Life Rip you have ~50% lifesteal while in dragon stance. Unyielding allows to remain in dragon stance longer so you can chain kills together, sustaining yourself with Kill to Heal. The other 3 cards can be changed to your liking.
