To be honest i got the idea from bomb king after seeing his flank/damage pip build.
Acumen: Since it stackes with liferip and the catalyst talent thats alot of healing.
Shrewd Move: It makes your most powerful asset more useable.
Smitherins: To make is so you have a little more consistent ammo ready.
Side Tanks: Again to reduce the cooldown of explosive flask.
Gravitation: IF your a tank and your not a speed tank the slow pip gives you along with all the other things he will do, you will struggle against him.
