For this build I just wanted something basic to try out her Unyielding Pressure talent
I use Sharpened Resolve III and A Broken Path IV to give some self healing when I combo I will talk about my combo and how I play with this deck later
Elegant Paring III or any tier I think is just usefull on any Vora deck you make it lets you have so much up time and its even better on Relentless Presence
A Change of Faith II to let you keep using tendril to use dark siphon more I think you get the picture
Unified In Purpose III because I felt like the other two survivability cards wernt enough and the damage reduction is usefull for starting off the combo
Now the items I take on Vora are Haven, Nimble, Kill To Heal, and Cauterize
Haven because it lets you push farther from your team to try and get picks
Nimble because it lets you move faster to dodge attacks or run from a unwinnable fight
Kill To Heal because if your getting picks might aswell heal for it
Cauterize I dont think I need to explain
So the way I take fights with Vora is picking on supports, other flanks, and anyone I find who is low on health
to start the game I sit back and tap people to gain charges and get my ult once I've gotten a good chunck of my charge I spiderman onto a support or flank hit with dark siphon then obliterate tap some more with my left click by this point they are low enough to just finish there or run back for heals
I ONLY and I mean ONLY use my ult when I can get a finisher on someone
I would avoid fighting toy soldier man because he will melt you although i guess that goes for any champion
