Guide
Pretty self explanatory, you want to get as many hits in as possible to you can use Shock Pulse more, which will end up doing insanely good damage as long as you have decent aim. Try to land your hits on a tank, they can be slow and generally charge middle, so they can be easy targets. Since Arc Lightning increases the bouncing, you should be able to chain most of the team, and get all your ammo back to start firing again. This build definitely works better with maxed Chronos, and you should be able to get it quickly with all the damage that can be dealt. Other than that, I'd go with Life Rip, Cauterize, and Weaker.
