Guide
Phantom Pain is essential. Lost Legacy scales better than all his other healing/shield cards. Some Deja Vu loadouts use more points into Safe Haven than Old Wounds.
Hell Hunter is a mandatory 1-pointer. The other filler card slot is up to your preference.
This loadout can work for Temporal Divide too.
