Guide
Exterm falls off in value the better your opponents get. Good opponents will keep their distance from you, and will only get close to you after you already used your beam. At high skill levels, I think Cherish is better than Exterm even in double support because Cherish never loses value no matter how good your opponents are.
But that being said, most people are in casual or bronze-diamond. And Exterm Furia can work in double support as a closer-range DPS.
