Items :
- Bloodbath
- Morale Boost
- Rejuvenate*
- Lethality*

*3rd and 4th items are up to choice really

So what you want to do is, in order :
- 2 illusions
- Shatter
- TP to both of the dead illusions (to proc Rewind I)
- TP back to starting point
- put another illusion (optional)
- TP again to both the new dead illusions
- TP back to starting point

Also it is very important to note that you want to use basic attacks between most ability casts, to apply cauterize.

Don't always feel the need to detonate illusions in any circumstance, remember that they heal quite a lot the team (including yourself).

Don't follow this setup 100% of the time, many situations will require you to mix and match ability management. For example, if a target gets alone and/or is pretty low, you can just hunt them down with the TP and get back in position after killing him.
