Chronos - reduces the cooldowns of your abilities by 0.9/1.8/2.7s(P), 1.2/2.4/2.6s(N), and 1.5/3/4.5s(R). Morale Boost are a better choice on fish market and frog isle but that is unless there's a Grohk with Totemic Ward anyways.
Wrecker - if you keep constant fire on enemy shields you'll be dealing 3250 damage to them every second. Terminus and Inara are their tanks then go Cauterize
