Guide

--Mercy Kill--

Mercy Kill lets you do more nade damage when the enemy has less health.
The point of this, is to do as much damage as possible with your weapon, and finish them off with the Nade Launcher.

--Cards--

Bandolier IV - Turns a 9-second cooldown Nade to a 7-second cooldown Nade. It combos very well with Primal Might

Primal Might V - Synergizes well with everything Tyra has. And with the damage dealt by the missing health with Mercy Kill, The cooldown for the Nade Launcher goes to 3.5 if you kill them with it. Not only that, but it takes your cooldown of Hunter's Mark, down to ~6 seconds. Even Lower if you kill them later.

Locked And Loaded II - 30 Bullets is all you need. You should be able to whittle down their health with that amount of bullets.

Turn The Table II -Combos very well with Kill to Heal II and Hunting Season II.

Hunting Season II - Killing the enemy with Hunter's Mark will heal you 400 health. It combos very well with Kill to Heal.

--Alternatives--

You can change Turn The Table to Favored Quarry if you don't think killing a target in 6 seconds is enough. You can go up to either 8 or 10 seconds.
You can change Turn The Table to Quick Release if you need a few more bullets to get the job done.

--Items--
(Caution! These are my personal opinions. You may want to change items on team comp and enemies.)

Defense - Resilience is the main one to go for. You don't want to get stunned for a long time, and you sure as hell don't want to get poisoned for a long time. Resilience will lower the time and power of these said things.

Utility - Tyra needs to be fast to catch up to her enemies. Nimble is the one to go for.

Healing - Kill To Heal combos well with Turn The Table and Hunting Season.

Offense - Cauterize will help you take out self-healers. Wrecker should mostly be used if you're going against Ruckus or Makoa.

--Tips--

As I have said before, try to kill your enemies with the grenade. Not only will you do the most damage with them, but you'll get the best healing from them as well.

Start your item with Kill to Heal. So, when you get a Kill with a Nade, that's effectively 800 HP.

Try to hit the target with the grenade. It will do so much damage. If you can't, try to aim as close to them as possible. Grenade's not direct damage. It's Area Damage. However, you will do significantly less damage if it's a bit too far. If that's the case, try to do more damage to them, then shoot the grenade to them as close as possible.
