Guide

Fan The Flames - One of zhins best cards and most needed since billow is only 2 seconds now. Also, super op with guillotine. You can basically pick out one of the enemy tanks or healer, guillotine them, and then billow out of there since your billow will get reset by the card.
Hideout - Needed card for zhin combos. Whenever you dive with zhin, you will need billow to get you out. Once you are out, you have whirl for retreat or another dive +counter combo.
Blade Dancer - All of the other zhin cards are not that great. If you want to run a counter build, go for it, but counter is kind of garbage rn. Blade Dancer is super nice to have to retreat and dive, plus zhins normal distance is not anything special.
Wildfire - Good for combos when you go for a whirl counter, since counter wont reset your whirl.
Fuel For The Fire - Good for not getting shredded. Helps you escape and dive. Overall nice card to have. Can replace for ammo, heal on counter, or counter resets.
