I've been an Evie main for awhile, so hopefully this helps those who wanna get better at her. She's considered out of meta now which honestly makes me really sad but I wanted to make one for her regardless. Feel free to alter any card's points to your liking!
Evie's main tactic is her speed and annoying play style (like a mosquito if you will) and I find that popping in and out from the back lines is one of the most effective ways to utilize Evie entirely. Try to go for people with less health or are the verge of death, because Evie herself is squishy she cannot engage in a dragged out battle. Use this deck to play her as an annoying insect and aggressively.
Save your Soar for escape and Ice block only when you are in a pinch.
Wormhole - this will give you a safe place to return to once you kill or damage an enemy especially since Evie is NOT a champion for a frontal assault.
Flicker - set it to at least 3 points. Blinking twice will give you double the amount you invested which is great - it brings you back to a safe place with extra health in case another enemy spots you. (assuming you blinked from a safe location. Otherwise, it gives you a bit more health in case you are getting shot at increasing your chances of survival slightly)
Teleport - you will be able to blink back at a farther location which will make it difficult for most champions to get enough damage to kill you before you can fly away.
Swift Switch - This is for you to both travel faster on the map and get away from enemies quickly, not so much making it harder for people to hit you.
Great Distance - increasing the time you can soar will help you travel a farther distance. However, do not fly in a straight line! You'll become an easy target if you use this incorrectly.
Frigid Field - a last resort if you are ever caught in a pinch - extra health gives you a small leeway of survival if you can escape in time.
