Guide

This deck focuses the talent Retaliation, which allows you to keep using Counter for the whole duration, adding 10% more damage making it deal 616 damage every time you counter an attack, (560 without the bonus). Counter is a very useful ability as I can almost counter all attacks in game (including Drogoz ult, Skye's ult, Ruckus's ult and more) but it has a problem that it can only be used once before going on cooldown, that's why I put most points in Master Stance IV for the extra duration on it, then I put some on Footwork IV for closing small gaps against champions like Tyra or Viktor, or just to help you escape hard situations, after that i put some into Viciousness III because you will usually use counter when you are low in ammo, and if people shoot at least once it will generate 3 ammo which can be enough to deal a lot of damage for a finishing blow ( 3 hits deal 400x2+700= 1500) and it is not easy to miss your shots with Zhin's since they are the size of Makoa, now you can put any 2 filler cards, I just used Wild Fire II to help use the Whirl aggressively, and Fan The Flames II to make sure I can get my Billow more often to make sure I have a secured option if my Counter is on cooldown.
You will mostly want to use this talent if the enemy team has 2 or more champions with high fire rate (like Vivian, Skye, Viktor, Fernando, Ying).
But you have to be careful because Counter only reflects hits from the front only, so Area damage can counter this ability easily.
Try to get close to your target so whenever you get low you pull it off while they will shot at it without hesitation and by the time they realize that you are using it they would already take some damage, and you can either the duration left on it to flee or to finish them since you have some ammo generated.
