Guide

Hi there folks, welcome to the Seris guide, this one is actually pretty basic and straight-formward, as Seris is an fairly easy to learn support.

For her cards, Mortal Reach talent is mostly used for the range than the extra healing, with this talent you can heal allies pretty much across the map as long as you have vision to do so.
Soul Forge is not really an great card, but it is your means of spreading healing around and prevent issues if you healed the wrong ally, auto-targeting healing doesn't help sometimes. Since you're going to use Restore Soul a lot, Blood Pact and Fade to Black cards are quite usefull, you can switch Fade to Black card for Spirit Leech card if you want, it's just a matter of being safe since her escape ability is very good and you need it to save yourself from flanks, remember that you don't need to stay for the whole duration of it, press the same ability button so you can get back and heal ally if it's needed.
As such, Veil and Dark Whisper cards are important, without Veil you can die before you manage to get away and Dark Whisper to run away/hide, when doing so, I recommend trying to get to your team so you don't end up fighting alone, especially as solo support.

As for items:

First pick: Chrono, Morale Boost, Haven, Blast Shields, Cauterize
Chrono: Since her Restore Soul has a quite short cooldown, Chrono item is actually a very optional item, I do still buy it because I always want my abilites ready, but you can get away without it with this champion.
Morale Boost: Her ultimate is very good and has a lot of combo potential, making it more frequent to use is not a bad idea, though I prefer this item in other game modes than payload, but it's a matter of opinion and game plan.
Haven: You saw sniper or the entire enemy team uses hitscan weapons, you want this item eventually as it makes a difference in being able to escape or not.
Blast Shields: If the enemy team has 2 or more splash dmg champions you may want this item instead of Haven.
Cauterize: It's not that needed for her but if there's another support in your team then by all means do it, since you don't have your movement speed cards it's hard to make a play with Seris, but we always should make the lives of enemies difficult.

Second item: Any of the above, Nimble, Resilience, Illuminate
Nimble: you need this one depeding of the map, her talent makes her heal at a massive distance, but she cannot heal behind walls and don't have vertical mobility, nimble is what you need to keep up with your allies if this is becoming troublesome.
Resilience: depending of what the enemy team is going for, be it cards, ultimates, talents, if there's 2 or more forms of CC including knockback in open maps, you may want this item, don't buy it for slow CC though, Seris escape ability is good enough.
Illuminate: Skye, Sha Lin and Strix, if you see 2 of them or 1 of them is owning your team then by all means buy it so they don't just make an easy dive on you.

Third item: any of the above, Master Riding
Master Riding: mostly used for opening rounds or when pushing the payload, this item becomes more usefull depeding on how skilled your team are, as you can get into position for combo ultimates or just be in the right place for the job really.

Fourth item: any of the above, all depending of what you'll need for the match.
