Guide

Hi there, this is the build that worked for me for the most of the time as Rei. There are variations to her builds when it comes to solo support, which depends on your team comp. This one can be used for most compositions, but if enemy has 2 flanks you may want something else, which will be mentioned down below:

Magic in the Blood is a very good card, you want this card in every "healer build" and can be potentially used alongside Deft Magics if you want to spam it more. I chose this card because you have a fairly low base range for your healing, so you're bound to fight even if you wanted to play passive.

Refreshing Break is the very reason you play Rei, she's a ultimate battery which can clutch teamfights in more situations than you think, this card is 4-5 points in every Rei build but off-support with Focus talent.

Spring to Action is to sustain your frontline a bit better, but this is where you can have build variations, you can switch this card for Deft Magics, Leipori Prayer or Midnight Stroll, depending on your team/enemy composition, you can even take 1 point off from Magic in the Blood for this one.

In case you're wondering, Deft Magics is for more spam healing, it also reduces Envelop cooldown which is very nice. Leipori Prayer sinergizes with team that reloads often(Androxus, Dredge, Lian, Ashe to name a few). Midnight Stroll when you know you're going to get dived often.

Future Generations is an incredible card, you're going to proc this card more often than you think, you don't necessarily have to be on low health to get it's benefits, taking poke dmg here and there is enough to proc it.

Rest and Relaxation is just a filler card, you don't really need this one if you are using Leipori Prayer by the way. It's just to reload less, proc Magic in the Blood card more often.

Well, that's it, just understand that even if go Deft Magics + Magic in the Blood you won't be able to beat Seris or Damba in healing numbers, instead you have 2 abilities that reduces dmg taken, which makes your healing more effective than you think. Rei is a champion that can save someone out of a very bad situation, potentially winning the teamfight via ultimate economy or dmg reduction. She's an incredible "utility" support so always consider what you can do with it.

With that said, thanks for reading this guide.
