Guide
I tend to like fall back on this spec because as a flanker you are away from the healer for the majority of the time and so you have to have survivability. If you are alive you are doing damage and killing healers so the rest of your team can do their jobs. This spec lets you heal with your barrier and running away or running to something which you are always doing. The lifesteal in Greater Good along with Life Rip helps stay alive in tight situations as well.
The Points I choose 90% of the time is: Cauterize, Life Rip, Kill to Heal and Chronos (Sometimes I will change out Kill to Heal for Haven or Blast Shield if there is another flanker annoying me)
