Items
Defense: If in opponent's team there is Ash, Bomb King, Drogoz Evie, Fernando, Moji, Pip, Seris, Terminus, Willo or/and Zhin a good option is to buy Blast Shields. If these characters does not belong in the opponent's team you should pick Heaven. If there is a lot of CC like Bomb King, Buck, Evie, Grover, Grohk, Inara, Kinessa, Mal'damba, Pip, Seris (If she has selected Agony card), Sha Lin, Terminus, Torvald or/and Willo you should buy Resilence. If in opponent's team there are Sha Lin or/and Kinessa you should buy Illuminate. By this way, you will be able to see where they are (easy kills, you know...)
Attack: Cauterize would be a good option as you play as Damagy Jenos and not as Supporty Jenos! Reduce heals, and BOOM!!
Utility: Morale Boost is an excellent option if you want to spam your Ultimate.
Healing: Life Rip is excellent for this build as Penumbra alone will give you extra 20% Lifesteal.
