You may see Lifegiver at 1, stay with me. Healing allows you to gain eliminations from the champion you healed. Considering it only goes up to 375 healing per 6 second cooldown, I don't think it's worth investing 5 points in to. Instead, those points go to Glyph of Freedom, which allows you to put more shields out over the course of the game. Winddancer is essential for pocketing damage and saving team mates. Timeshaper at 3 is specifically for burst damage/flanks, so you can replace this with Hearthwarder for less reliance on your Recharge. Glyph of Siphoning is personal preference, eliminations means more shield for you as well as for your team mates with this build.
