This is my preferred Pip loadout for flanking. This loadout gives you massive sustain and keeps you in the fight for much longer.
From Above: Weightless is very important if you get caught in a bad situation or if you want to get in a good position to attack from.
Refreshing Jog: Since you will be using weightless many times during fights you should be able to dodge fire and heal.
Sprint: This helps you to surprise the enemy from above or be able to dodge fire.
Smithereens: This is the most important card for this legendary, the more you fire the lower your cooldowns are including explosive flask so you barely have to reload if you are accurate.
Acumen: Having life steal means you can have your enemy slowed while you gain extra ammo and heal. By the time the slow is over your explosive flask cooldown is gone which means you can repeat and heal for more.This loadout helps you not have to reload and be able to heal tons of health during a fight.
You can edit this loadout but I would only switch Refreshing Jog or Sprint for Gift Giver or Side Tanks. If you are playing bound/comp I would only recommend switching Refreshing Jog to Gift Giver or Side Tanks. Shrewd Move is only useful in unbound but in bound 10% off your cooldowns is nothing while you have this legendary.
I find myself using Morale Boost more often than Chronos because you are always shooting increasing the rate you get your ult which is one of the best ults in the game (min duration of being a chicken is 2s). I would also recommend getting Kill to heal if you go in for a 2v1 or even 3v1.
