The idea behind this deck is to always have Agility active and always fire your SMGs for extended sustain and constant DPS.
Wind's Embrace V and Trigger Happy V are the essential cards for this build, you can play around with the other cards to suit your playstyle better.
I like to use Wanted II to have just a bit more leeway while using the Master of Arms Talent and to increase healing received by a little more time.
Memento II to have a slight edge on CC champions, but I think Harsh Training could be used instead of it for teams that don't have many CC in them.
Life Rip and Nimble are good items to purchase with this build, but Kill to Heal and Rejuvenate can work nicely as well depending on your playstyle and on your team's formation.
This deck is extremely strong with healers who can provide constant or displaced healing to you on your team like Jenos.
