Another version of it, the Undying Beast.
I don't like Adrenaline as it is, like many of this type of cards, heavily dépendant of if you get picks but the snowball effect makes it great.
In lost situation, though, it wont do much and healing will be harder to get. No Fatalis skills but éliminations are quite easy to get with the cripple. A normal game can go in your favor with that card. Or the opposite...
*Put health to max (2675 which is 3200 with Veteran max (DR still better)) and Adrenaline to 3, DR max to 30% and passive radius/fatalis+crippling throw CD or +5% healing and you get the True Undying Beast. Best suitable for 2nd dps talent but i've got good results with 3rd too as the cripple helps with éliminations*
