Alright, I saw reversal and thought, "Wow this powerful. Dang! 14 second cool down, way too long." So I made this. This allows you to use reversal ad infinitum. Basically, you reduce the cooldown on Reversal to 8 seconds, then with every shot you reduce another 2 seconds. Plus, you get 3 shots every reversal meaning you Reversal, shoot shoot shoot, reversal, shoot shoot shoot so on and so forth. Some of you may have noticed that even if you land every of the 3 shots, that only reduces the cooldown by 6 seconds leaving 2 seconds of cooldown. Well, say no more. With Watchful, you reduce the cooldown by 20%. Meaning, that you deal 800 with reversal then land 3 shots with a base damage of 520, at long range, they took at least 1200 damage, 1800 at close or for maximum 2360 damage. This is almost definitely a kill especially if they had previous damage.
If you git gud at it (Like me) you can make a combo train out of it never needing to reload until you run out of enemies to kill. Using kill to heal, you almost never die, even in competitive.
