If you are the player responsible for wrecker in your team, you may want cauterize , but wrecker is more important , i know that not getting cauterize is a bit hard for you as a drogoz because you wont kill enemies is easy , but with using this loadout , mainly Follow The Scent card , it will do a little job of reducing healing , you would feel the difference when getting in fights vs healers . But remember , use the Follow The Scent card when you have to Wrecker.
